Rent Auditorium

The Kunsthal can be considered as the gateway to the rest of the Museum Park, which can be considered as the centre of numerous, multifaceted ways of manifesting art and culture in Rotterdam. This dynamic environment, combined with the extensive possibilities, contribute to the fact that Kunsthal Rotterdam is an excellent location for forum discussions, lectures, audiovisual presentations, small performances and concerts.

As the auditorium is part of the entrance area of the Kunsthal it can only be rented outside the opening hours of the Kunsthal, being on Mondays or in the evenings (after 17h30) on other weekdays. During these hours the Kunsthal is open exclusively to you and your visitors.

Whenever you wish to combine your visit with a bite to eat and a drink, for instance to welcome your guests, we offer you the possibility to make use of the so-called Kunsthalcafé.

Auditorium

The auditorium is a hall sloping upwards, which can be dimmed by means of a curtain and a projection screen. There are 325 seats. A curtain can be drawn midway through the sitting area so as to create a smaller hall with circa 200 seats. The auditorium has various lighting possibilities and facilities for audiovisual presentations and performances.
