On tour passing Leipzig he was allowed to play the organ of Bach in the Thomaskirche and he got to see some of his manuscripts. "Now that's something we can learn from," he proclaimed excited.
What Mozart learned you can hear in the program ‘Bach according to Mozart', in a performance of the internationally renowned Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin. From Bach himself you will hear two beautiful cantatas, sung by soprano Annette Dasch and the baritone Daniel Schmutzenhardt. Furthermore, you will hear works by Bach arranged by Mozart.
