Kunsthal Rotterdam keeps on cooking!

During the 4th edition of the biennial ‘Festival of Real Taste' the Kunsthal will be more than ever an assembly of ‘fair food', for everything fresh, seasonal and regional products. KunsthalCOOKING 2010 presents the largest regional products market of the Netherlands, in order to attract an audience, as diversely compound as possible, to experience what exactly can be considered real flavour.
Dozens of small-scale producers expose and sell their lovely products. For four days, visitors can learn about the Dutch pride in food and taste a variety of products at the "farmer market", in the cooking theatre and in or around the Kunsthal.

Exotic Rotterdam

New this year is the encounters with exotic Rotterdam. Rotterdam has about 167 different nationalities and many different cuisines.  On the Worldfoodsquare you can find everything the city has to offer: from Surinamese pom sandwiches, Indonesian sate kambing to Turkish mezze.  Also the chefs whom have as specialty ‘slow food' and ‘fair food' will participate in the Festival of Real Taste.

Thursday 9 September: 13.00 -17.00 hour
Friday 10 September: 10.00 - 20.00 hour
Saturday 11 September: 10.00 - 20.00 hour
Sunday 12 September: 10.00 - 17.00 hour

Entry ticket: € 14,00 p.p. including free tasting of the products and free entrance to the cooking theatre where the (star) chefs will give several demonstrations during the whole day.
