At 8pm Vincent Mentzel himself will speak and announce the winner of the 'best failed portrait' contest. Remaining entries will be shown during Art&Drinks at the Kunsthal.
Art&Drinks after work organises a special after closing hours viewing of 'The Netherland in Focus'.
