Hipstamatic, the iPhone App which transforms your phone into a vintage camera is gaining popularity. Numerous pictures are being uploaded onto Facebook, Flickr and Twitter. Also newspapers such as the New York Times are printing Hipstamatics with their news items.
The Kunsthal Rotterdam presents in a small spring exhibit the Hipstamatic phenomenon with Hipstaprints from known Dutch photographers such as Vincent Mentzel. Everyone with an iPhone is encouraged to become a Hip Star themselves.
