Road Works

Currently, road works are being carried out on the road that passes under the Kunsthal. Loading and unloading is currently possible using the temporary access road. Disabled persons may be dropped off at the Kunsthal via this temporary access road. Pedestrians are advised to walk through the Museumpark as the Westzeedijk is difficult to pass on foot.

Disabled Parking

Persons with a disability may park in the Museum Park Car Park at Museumpark 32, 3015 CX, Rotterdam.Take the lift from the car park to the Museum Park level, then cross the park to get to the Kunsthal. A map of this route can be downloaded in the downloads section of this page.

You may also drop someone off near to the entrance of the Kunsthal at the loading/unloading bay before you park your car. The loading/unloading bay is also indicated on the map. If you want to drop someone off at the entrance, we advise you to drive to this address: Museumpark, Westzeedijk 341, 3015 AA Rotterdam. Shortly before you arrive at the Kunsthal, take a right to drive to the loading/unloading bay (indicated on map).

In the Kunsthal

All the Kunsthal’s exhibition areas are wheelchair accessible. Visitors using a wheelchair may be accompanied by an assistant. Admission for the assistant is free. Several wheelchairs are available free of charge for visitor use at the Kunsthal. Please make a reservation beforehand by calling tel. +31 (0)10 – 44 00 300. If the Kunsthal is closed, please contact the control room on tel.+31 (0)10 44 00 365. 

Service or guide dogs are allowed into the museum provided they are recognisable as such.
