In the name of the Queen, Dutch citizens are decorated in numerous towns in the Netherlands and on Aruba and the Antilles on the 29th of April because of their contribution to society or because they have put up a tremendous performance. At Kunsthal Rotterdam the rain of titles starts one day earlier with the opening of an exhibition of photographs of both famous and less well-known Dutch citizens with their decorations.
