When will ticket sales start?
Tickets will be on sale from Monday 25 May.
What does a time slot entail?
Your online ticket states the date and entry time at which you will be expected. Please observe the starting time of this time slot; do not arrive too late, but also, do not arrive too early. This will help us prevent crowds and queueing at the ticket office.
Why do cardholders also have to book their free tickets?
By working with timeslots, the Kunsthal is able to control visitor numbers and distribution. This will help us make sure that everyone can keep 1.5 metres (5 feet) distance from each other during the visit. Please show your card at the entrance.
What should I do if I am unable to come on the chosen date and time after all?
We are sorry that the visit you booked cannot take place. We are giving you an opportunity to rebook your ticket to a later date. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you with that.
What is the maximum amount of tickets one person can book?
Either come by yourself, together with one other person, or with children from your own household. You can book no more than 5 tickets per transaction.
I want to book a ticket for a date more than 2 weeks ahead. Can I do that?
No, unfortunately you cannot. We are currently only releasing tickets for a maximum of two weeks ahead. This allows us to remain flexible under changing circumstances.
