Samen met het bureau Ten Cate-Bergmans zijn ze vanaf 1994 verder gegaan onder de naam Inizio. Aangezien het werk van Hard Werken in binnen- en buitenland van grote invloed is geweest en veel navolging kreeg, wijdt de Kunsthal Rotterdam een overzichtstentoonstelling aan deze bijzondere groep ontwerpers. Het is de eerste in een reeks van tentoonstellingen over Nederlandse ontwerpers die een opvallende bijdrage leverden aan het Nederlands design.
